Get Kinder Heart

Built by people who lived
the broken system
firsthand.

Vancouver, BC · Est. 2024

Get Kinder started with a frustration. Our founders spent years on both sides of the community table — running organizations that struggled to find reliable volunteers, donating money into black holes with no proof of impact, and watching talented, willing people give up because the process was too hard.

The tools didn't exist. Organizations coordinated in spreadsheets. Volunteers had no record of what they'd contributed. Donors had no idea where their money went. The system was broken — and everyone inside it knew it.

So we built the infrastructure that should have existed all along: a verified impact loop where every shift is recorded, every dollar is traced, and every act of kindness leaves a real mark on a real community.

Kinder AI™ — trademarked in Canada — makes it effortless. Not just good intentions. Verified impact.

"Doing good feels good. We just make it easier to do — and impossible to ignore when you do."

Purpose. Mission. Vision.

People who chose to
do something about it.

Erin Gray

Co-Founder & CEO

Erin Gray

"I've closed deals worth millions. The most meaningful thing I've ever done is show up for my community."

Shaped by a family culture of volunteering, Erin earned her master's in London and went on to build commercial relationships across Dubai and the Middle East. She brings that global expertise back to what matters most — infrastructure that actually works for people running our communities.

Michael Wozney

Co-Founder & COO

Michael Wozney

"Kindness isn't soft — it's the most effective leadership strategy I've ever seen."

A psychology degree and years running a community services organization gave Michael a ground-floor view of what broken infrastructure costs volunteers and communities. An MBA and 15+ years coaching leaders in healthcare and global multinationals taught him how to scale culture. Now he's doing both at once.

Tate Wozney

Co-Founder

Tate Wozney

"If it doesn't feel natural to someone my age, we haven't finished building it."

The youngest — and the most important voice in the room for a platform built to resonate with the next generation. Tate brings genuine passion for volunteering and the critically honest perspective of someone who will actually live in the world Get Kinder is trying to build.
