Michael Wozney

Co-Founder & CEO

Michael’s lifelong journey of helping others began with a degree in psychology and working with individuals with special needs — leading to founding a community services organization.

With an MBA and over 15 years guiding leaders to be more kind, effective, and values-driven, he has shaped positive workplace cultures across healthcare and global multinationals.

Today, he’s uniquely equipped to scale that impact globally—bringing the power of kindness to people and communities around the world.

Erin Gray

Co-Founder & COO

From an early age, Erin has been an active member of her community, shaped by her family’s dedication to volunteering and helping neighbours.

She earned her master’s degree in London and went on to close multimillion-dollar deals in Dubai and across the Middle East.

Now, she’s bringing these global skills and leadership experience back to what matters most to her—making the world a better place through Kinder AI™.

Co-Founder

Being kind is baked into Tate's being, and despite being the youngest member of the team he already brings a long history and passion for helping others! Including volunteering with many organizations.

Combine that with his critically important perspective of the younger generation, and he is perfectly positioned to ensure Get Kinder is impactful and resonates with everyone.

Get Kinder is a registered nonprofit dedicated to using technology for social good. Inspired by the simple question: What if kindness was contagious? We use Kinder AI™ and innovative AI for Good strategies to make it easy to start kindness habits and share, celebrate, and inspire kindness in others.

We use technology as a force for good to help create meaningful connections, support emotional well-being, and reduce loneliness. We ensure that every act of kindness contributes to a more just, connected, and sustainable world.
