Lets leave Caddy Bay better than when we arrived! Help pack down the regatta venue after racing has finished. >This includes dismantling signage, barriers, and fencing, clearing beach start/finish zones, packing up registration and check-in areas, collecting and loading course equipment, and general rubbish removal and site clean-up.

Pack down typically begins immediately after the final race and presentations. Check in with the Volunteer Coordinator on arrival >Wear closed-toe shoes with good grip, sun protection, and clothing you don't mind getting dirty or wet. >Must be able to lift and carry heavy or bulky items such as marquees, signage, and barriers. >No experience necessary — just be ready to work with an amazing team of fellow volunteers and have fun.

You'll likely be tired by end of day — take extra care when lifting and carrying. >Lift with your legs, not your back, and ask for help with heavy or awkward items. >Watch your footing on sand, wet surfaces, and uneven ground. >Stay clear of any vehicle movements during loading. Be aware of loose pegs, ropes, and anchor points as structures come down. >Report any hazards to the Site Coordinator immediately.
