Help set up the regatta venue on race day morning before racing begins. >This includes erecting signage, marking out beach start/finish zones, positioning barriers and fencing, setting up registration and check-in areas, unloading and placing course equipment, and arranging spectator areas. >You'll work as part of a great team of amazing people under the direction of the Site Coordinator.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled set-up time and Check in with the Volunteer Coordinator on arrival and let them know >Wear closed-toe shoes with good grip, sun protection (a hat is a good idea), and clothing you don't mind getting dirty or wet. >Must be able to lift and carry heavy or bulky items such as marquees, signage, and barriers. >No experience necessary — just be ready to work with your fellow amazing volunteers and have fun.

Lift with your legs, not your back — ask for help with heavy or awkward items. >Watch your footing on sand, wet surfaces, and uneven ground. >Stay clear of any vehicle movements during unloading. Know the location of the first aid station before you start. >Report any hazards to the Site Coordinator immediately.
